How we package the items.
All packaging is high quality so your items don’t get damaged. Everything comes in a leatherette Jewellery box so you can gift it and it ensures no damage will be made to the item. It will then be bubble wrapped, surrounded in packaging paper and blacked in a box.

Our delivery lead time.
It varies on where you are in the world, but all items will be shipped immediately after purchase.
Can you return an item?
If the item is under £1500 then you can not return it. If the item is £1500 or above please refer to our terms.
Can you make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
We can not guarantee any changes can be made but please get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will try and help out as much as we can.
