Description
Jade and enamel decorative bracelet. Each panel is set with a floral panel of Jade, linked together with panels of blue and lime green enamel. 7 jade flower panels in total. Finished off with a slide fastener and added safety chain security. This unique jade and enamel bracelet dates back to the 1920s period and was most likely made for one of the great exhibitions of its time in Paris in October 1925 and it was most likely made for the international exhibition of modern decorative and industrial arts. Highlighting the new ‘style moderne’ architecture interior decoration, furniture, gloss, and jewellery. Most likely a one-off piece. Stamped with the French eagle heads of 18-carat gold. Could even possibly be the horse head, but the stamp isn’t 100% clear.
