Returns Policy

Items under $1500 can be returned for a refund (minus the cost of shipping) or store credit. To initiate a return please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Items over $1500 can be returned for store credit only. In certain circumstances we can offer a longer returns period – get in touch and we’ll work with you.

Pieces in the Barnaby & Blakes range are made to order, and are therefore final sale. We cannot accept returns on these items.

Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed and we cannot accept the return of any items that have been altered or resized. All returns must be approved by Baranby & Blakes.

Shipping Policy

Guess what? We offer free next day shipping: with UPS White Glove, or the Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. This is fully insured and typically a 1-2 business day service.

We will provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours of purchase – if you need the piece altered or resized the work will usually take 1-2 weeks.

Antiques are usually exempt from import duties, however we cannot be responsible for any duties applied by your country’s customs office. USA customers: if your total order value is over $2499 USD it’s likely customs will request further information for clearance.
